“In the work, the performer's narrative operates not only on a semantic level but also on a material level, allowing some audience members to experience a hypnagogic state. The hypnagogic state, where one feels as if they have fallen asleep while they have not, parallels the experience of a rehearsal where one has not performed but feels as if they have. The tactile experience using the mat also serves to enhance the experiential aspect of the rehearsal.”

“작품에서 퍼포머의 이야기는 의미론적 차원뿐 아니라 물질적 차원에서 작동함으로써 몇몇 관객은 가수면 상태에 이르는 경험을 갖는다. 잠이 들지 않았지만 잠이 든 것처럼 느끼는 가수면 상태는, 공연을 하지 않았지만 공연을 한 것처럼 경험하는 리허설과 유사하다. 매트를 사용한 촉각적 경험 역시 리허설의 경험을 도모하는 역할을 수행한다.”
