난민 사태로 발생한 몸-생명 의미의 굴곡, 이에 관한 표류하는 생각과 대화가 렉처 퍼포먼스로 발화된다. 코레오그래피가 어떻게 사회적 사건에서 발견되는 지에서부터 대화가 시작되며, 난민사태라는 재난의 상황이 한국인 안무가 장혜진과 미디어 아티스트 김지원, 그리고 드라마터그 현지예에게 왜 ‘참 하기 어려운 이야기'인지 토로하게 된다. 이 어려운 과정은 안무적 과정과도 유사하게 박동하는 생각들의 발화로 이어지며, 1. 비선형적 사고를 캡처할 안무적 장치의 발견, 2. 담론의 복잡성을 반영할 글쓰기 도구의 출연, 3. 서로의 실천과 연구에 언제든 체화적으로 반응하기 등의 규칙을 통해 신체적 공감에 도래한다. 시민권이 없는 몸, 사라진 몸, 무게로서의 몸 등에 어렵게 공감하는 동안 이들의 몸도 표류하게 될까?

In this lecture performance, three Korean artists share their ruptured and empathetic sense of body-life in the era of the refugee crisis. The discourse among choreographer He Jin Jang, media artist Jiwon Kim, and dramaturg Ziyea Hyun morphs into a lecture performance as they realize this (dis)organizing act of trying-to-have-difficult-conversation resembles a choreographic process. There are three creative methods they integrate to manifest and facilitate this private conversations into the choreographic: 1) Find choreographic devices that can capture the non-linear thinking and feeling process, 2) Finding a structure of writing/archiving that can mirror the complexity of the discourse, 3) Welcoming any spontaneous embodied reactions to each other. They call this act as a choreographic questioning of the refugee body. As they share and articulate kinesthetic thoughts and empathy, they encounter the eventfulness of how they find choreography in social crises. How  are the concepts of body without citizenship, body as mass, and missing body felt here?
